Soup's On In Harbor Beach

Break winter's chill on Saturday, February 17th, by warming up with some hot soup in Harbor Beach for their annual Souper Saturday.

Many of the town's merchants and organizations will be whipping up batches that come from family secret recipes or good old fashioned soups with surprising special ingredients. The public will serve as tasters who will not only be able to vote for the winner but also, after voting for their favorite, will be entered in a grand prize drawing.

To become a taster/judge visit the Harbor Beach Visitors Center on Saturday and purchase a button for $3. You will receive a ballot, a  map and a spoon. Then take a stroll downtown to the storefronts and start sampling. Merchants and organizations without a storefront downtown will be at the library located at the main light in Harbor Beach.
